Why deregister Built-in via VWE?
The RDW requires garages and workshops to indicate the installation of certain technical parts in vehicles.
VWE has developed four online applications with which you can easily and quickly pass on the installation to the RDW.
How does it work?
With these services you can easily and quickly report the installation online to the RDW:
- Built-in tachograph
- Built-in speed limiter
- Built-in LPG installation
It is also possible to pass on the periodic inspection and/or calibration with these services.

Afmelden in je workflow
Het afmelden van inbouw gebeurt op vaste momenten in je werkplaats, zoals bij het verwijderen of vervangen van een tachograaf, na een periodieke keuring of ijking, of bij het uitbouwen van een LPG-installatie. Door dit direct vast te leggen tijdens de werkzaamheden, blijft de voertuigregistratie up-to-date zonder extra handelingen achteraf. Je werkt vanuit het voertuig waarin je al bezig bent, waardoor je dubbele invoer voorkomt en de registratie naadloos aansluit op je werkplaatsproces.
Binnen MijnVWE meld je eenvoudig:
- Tachografen af na verwijdering, vervanging of ijking
- LPG-installaties af bij uitbouw

Afmelden tachograaf & LPG-installatie is beschikbaar binnen MijnVWE Welkom. Je hebt geen aparte module nodig om deze handelingen uit te voeren.
